Fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of an established and growing business. With a successful business in place Fission Recruitment Services is looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to drive a new team forward.Working as a Principal Recruiter, responsibilities will include:
Business Development and building of the brand
Developing a team and managing it as it grows
Placing Consultants and Permanent Applicants into key clients
Taking on exclusive and retained assignments and managing
resourcing team
With a sound knowledge of recruitment you will be a successful and accomplished recruiter with a “can do” attitude. Consulting market experience would be beneficial but not essential. Most importantly are having excellent communication skills and being highly motivated. If you are a team player that is hungry for opportunity and financial reward this will be the job for you.
